Q: Are your shirts the really soft tees?
A: Yes, our shirts are super-soft and fit and feel great. We use shirts made with super soft, 100% ring-spun cotton. The heather grey tees are 90% cotton and 10% polyester (all heather grey t shirts from any store will have a slight blend). If you like soft, comfortable shirts with a great fit, then you will love these.
Q: How do your shirts fit? A: Our shirts are normal, true-to-size tees. These unisex shirts also have side seam stitching (the true sign of a quality-made shirt) which gives it a more tailored / fitted look, so they fit nicely on men and women. FOR MEN: For men, we suggest ordering the size you normally wear in a t shirt. If you are between sizes, you may want to order a size up. FOR WOMEN: For women, we suggest ordering the size you normally wear in a standard unisex t shirt, or order a size down from what you wear in a womens-cut tee. FOR YOUTH / KIDS: For kids, we suggest ordering the size your child typically wears. These are standard normal size youth t shirts. Best fit for kids aged 4-14.
Q: How are your graphics printed? A: We hand print each and every shirt right here in Asheville, NC. Our old-school, hand silkscreen method creates the best looking prints, and they will last you for years. (NO cheap iron-ons or computer prints Here) Q: How fast will my order ship?
A: We ship SUPER-FAST! Your shirts will usually ship out the next business day. Orders in the USA ship 2-3 business day delivery. Orders to Canada usually takes about 5-7 business days, and orders to all other countries takes about 8-14 business days.
Q: How will my order ship, and how do I track it? A: We ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Q: What if I need to return my shirt? A: Returns are simple. Just email us and we will send you instructions that basically look like this: Hey, sure you can return to: Shirtmandude 114 Alexander PLZ Swannanoa NC 28778 Just be sure to include a note in the return letting me know what size you are trading for and we'll ship back out. Or a note with the order number if it is a refund. Thanks!
